Blank page detection in Invoices

Issue

A customer receives an invoice with a page that only contains header or footer information (data or text at the extreme top or bottom of the image) and the page is removed from the image during Interpretation, creating multiple invoices per file.

Cause

The INI file setting DetectBlankPageWhenImportingMultiPage is enabled and the page described is considered blank. When blank page determination happens in Invoices, the 20 mm border of the page is not considered and any text or images there are ignored. 

Solution

Disable the INI setting to prevent the page from being considered blank. Alternately, the invoice can be modified by the submitter to ensure that invoice pages contain data inside the ignored border.
