Invoices licensing FAQ

1. How can a customer determine the number of licenses issued for each module?

The number of licenses purchased for each Invoices module can be found in the license.dat file. This file is typically stored in two locations; 1. In the Flexlm installation directory (the default installation directory is C:\Flexlm) or in the GlobalPath.

2. Is there a way to manually release a license from a user? 

Licenses are not intended to be released manually. Instead, implement an Options file to enforce a shortened elapsed time before a license is released.

3. Whom should a customer contact to purchase additional licensed volume or modules?

Customers should contact their Kofax account manager directly to purchase additional licensing. Alternatively, customers may open a support ticket with the request.
