Will updating Microsoft Windows with Microsoft Security Updates cause problems with an INVOICES solution?

Answer

Updating Microsoft Windows environments with official Security Updates should not impact currently supported versions of INVOICES. Additionally, Invoices documentation advises customers to be certain their Windows environments are patched as per their internal security policies.

If problems are encountered after Windows updates are applied, a support case should be raised through the support portal for our Technical Support team to further investigate.
