User account specification for INVOICES services

Solution

INVOICES services, and the ReadSoft Production Manager, require accounts assigned in order to process invoices. Because some resources exist on a network share in most every INVOICES installation, the account assigned should be:

• A member of the Administrators group on the INVOICES server with the correct permissions to log on to the remote desktop.
• A member of the ReadSoft Administrators group (if applicable).
• Assigned the permissions to log on as a service.
• A domain account with read and write permissions to the INVOICES directories, such as the GlobalPath and %READSOFTINVOICESLOCAL%.
