A new user cannot see the inboxes in Verify
Issue
A new user has been setup in Manager but when they open Verify they cannot see the inboxes to be able to approve the invoices
Solution
If this happens it is because you are using inbox roles. This means the user also needs to be added to the correct group to see the inbox configuration. You can see this in Manager by clicking on "Settings" on the menu at the top of the screen followed by "Inbox Configuration"
You then need to click on "Edit Roles and Users..." all you then need to do is click on the roles in the top section and then select the user in the bottom section.
A verify inbox can be assigned to a specific role or no role. Check to see if a specific inbox is assigned to a role and if the user who is not seeing invoices via the inbox in verify is a member of the assigned role:
Once the roles have been added the user will need to close Verify and open it again for the change to take effect.
