Issue

Error when attempting to process invoices "The Database is locked for administration"

 

Solution

1. Close all Invoices applications. If you run interpret and/or transfer in service mode then also stop the service "INVOICES PMService" on the server where it is running.

2. Start the "Manager". At this point a message should occur stating "The database is locked for administration. Do you want to unlock the database..?", click "Yes" to unlock the database.

3. Start the service "INVOICES PMService" again if it was stopped in step 1.
