When trying to open any INVOICES module, you receive a license error message.
In the error message, the license file path seems to have a double '\' character before the license filename.
The license file is locked to another process or is missing
Navigating the to License path in the error message and confirm that the file exists. If it exists, please confirm that it is not locked by another program - you can do so by trying to open the file in NotePad.
If the file is locked by another process, you can try to re-boot the server to release the file.
If the file is corrupted, a copy of the file will be on your License server in the C:/FlexLM folder. You can copy this file and paste it into the Global Path.
