Many EHLog files are created with the following error "crInstall error"
The CrashRpt folder doesn't exist in the INVOICES "Log" folder in the Globalpath
If the CrashRpt folder doesn't exist in the INVOICES Log folder, then create a folder called CrashRpt in the log folder manually and restart the INVOICES services.
(Log folder location can be found in the eilocal.ini file)
Another option is to disable this logging by setting "EnableCrashReport=0" under the "[Options]" section in the "eiglobal.ini" and then restart the INVOICES services.
