Menus/tabs/items are missing in Verify for a specific user

A user has a problem that for example cannot see the line item tab anymore or other menus/tabs. How can the user regain this?



Please do the following:

  1. Log on to the machine with the user having this problem.
  2. Open regedit.
  3. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ReadSoft\Verify - ReadSoft Invoices 6.
  4. Export the folder Verify - ReadSoft Invoices 6.
  5. Delete the folder Verify - ReadSoft Invoices 6.
  6. Restart Verify.

Note that the user requires local administrator rights to make changes to the Windows Registry. If the user is unable to delete the registry key please ask to the IT team to add the necessary user rights to do it. After this test the user rights can be changed again.
