A problem has been encountered with a Professional Services (PS) Component. How can this be resolved?
PS Components are additional plugins which are maintained and managed by the Kofax PS team and provide functionality that is not available in standard Kofax Software
(they work as an add-on to core Kofax software).
As a result, PS Components are not covered by Kofax standard support, however they are covered by Kofax Assurance Services which is a paid for service provided by PS. In the event you have not paid for Assurance Services, your request can still be investigated by PS, however this will be considered to be chargeable work. Your case will still be handled via a Technical support case.
