Issue

The save icon in verify is greyed out, how can the users save a copy of the invoice image?

Solution

The reason why the Save option is not available is because all of the modules for INVOICES share the same user interface and this option is not used when verifying an invoice. This option is used to save changes made to the job description and this is why it is unavailable.

If a user makes changes to an invoice and then cancels to go back to the invoice list the system will ask if they want to save the changes made.

If the user would like to save a copy of the invoice image this can be done by using the print option by clicking on "Invoice" from the top menu followed by "Print" then select the print to PDF option from the dropdown menu
