Supplier Maintenance failed

At the created log file can be read: A file associated with the country profile is corrupt

Cause

The file format is not correct

Solution

1- Check if required fields exists and if column titles are ok. You can use the information from this documentation

2 - In case of the suppliers file is a plain text (.txt) file, assure that it is saved with format UTF-8

3 - In case of the suppliers file is a plain text (.txt) file, it can be imported at an excel file and it can be easily checked if there is any field displacement or there is any wrong data format at any supplier. Proceed to correct it and create a .txt file from the excel again to be able to import it.
