Transfer error after upgrading to SAP HANA 2021

Issue

After upgrading to SAP HANA 2021 it is not possible to transfer invoices from Kofax readsoft Invoices to Process Director using EICC connector. In the Eicc transfer logs there are the following error messages:

Cause

Eicc versions up to 3.14.0.3 use SAP NCO version 3.0.18.0, however, with the new SAP HANA 2021 it requires the version: SAP NCO 3.0.24.0.

Solution

Upgrade EICC plugin to 3.14.0.4 or higher.

The new SAP NCO libraries with version 3.0.24.0 have been included from Eicc 3.14.0.4.

If you are also using the InvStat2PA plugin, please upgrade to version 4.7.0.2 or higher.
