This happens if you login to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Incognito/In-Private. Cookies are typically disabled when in Incognito mode, but they are necessary for the Kofax ICS OCR service. When you are going to use the Kofax ICS OCR service, it is going to be necessary to use the browser in standard--not Incognito/In-Private--mode. Are you able to do so? If the error continues, then try another browser to see if you can have better success interfacing with the Kofax ICS OCR service.
