Sender wants to be notified by email when there is a problem with uploading/emailing documents.
There are two different notifications:
- Discarded emails - The email is rejected before it is received in ReadSoft Online, no batches or documents are created
- Input Failed - The batch is received and can be seen in the batch list in ReadSoft Online but no documents are created
Go to Services -> Email Input -> Email Forwarding:
Add a notification, select the preferred options to receive email notifications for accepted and/or discarded emails, and if the original email file should be sent back to the sender.
Go to Services -> Notifications:
