My feedbacks still has status "new", have they not been reviewed?
Interpretation accuracy is now monitored and improved automatically, so it is no longer necessary to submit feedback manually using the Feedback dialog. The Feedback dialog will eventually be phased out in favor of the new, automated technology.
The new technology, called Knowledge Processing, is constantly updated, hence manual feedback handling is redundant. In other words, field capture corrections are performed by Office users correctly verifying documents. More information about Knowledge Processing can be found in References section below.
If interpretation results for a specific supplier and/or a field consistently do not match your expectations, the next step is to check the extraction rate in Analytics, prior to contacting support. Information on Analytics can be found here.
