Question / Problem: 

No data comes back from "Receive from OCR services" in NAV and D365 BC

Answer / Solution: 

This is a known Microsoft issue. You probably don't have the column structure defined under the "Data Exchange Definition" for OCRCREDITMEMO and OCRINVOICE. Please contact Microsoft support to get a correct Data Exchange Definition file, and all data should start to come in.
According to Microsoft, this problem is in Cronus but not on new NAV databases.
