What information should be gathered for Technical Support when troubleshooting a Synchronizer issue?

  1. Review the setup using the Online Help.

  2. Provide the RPA version
  3. Collect related log files. Synchronizer logs are located in C:\Users\<SynchronizerUserAccount>\AppData\Local\Kofax RPA\<RPAVersion>\Logs
    1. Collect all logs if using embedded mode for Management Console
  4. If using Tomcat, also collect the Tomcat logs.
