- Provide the RPA version
- Collect related log files. Synchronizer logs are located in C:\Users\<SynchronizerUserAccount>\AppData\Local\Kofax RPA\<RPAVersion>\Logs
- Collect all logs if using embedded mode for Management Console
- If using Tomcat, also collect the Tomcat logs.
