About bug reports sent from Design Studio before 11.2
Issue
The Bug Reporting feature from Design Studio Settings doesn't work as expected.
Despite that the mail server bugreport.kapowsoftware.com and the mailbox bugreport@kapowsoftware.com are used as default (even if the user leaves both fields empty), none of those do correctly work. Also, only SMTP servers without authentication can be configured by the user.
However, the following error is displayed when DS tries to send bug reports to the bugreport.kapowsoftware.com mail server:
The mail server bugreport.kapowsoftware.com does not exist anymore, and nobody is monitoring bugreport@kapowsoftware.com mailbox.
Solution
In 11.2, the Bug reporting section was deleted from the Design Studio settings. The feature didn't work as expected in previous versions, so it's not recommended to use it.
