RPA Support for Cloud-based Database services

Issue

Is RPA supported on cloud database services like Amanzon RDS?

 

 

Solution

As long as standard JDBC drivers can be used for connections to databases and port requirements, performance, etc. are all met on these platofrorms, RPA will work fine.

Kofax  will provide best-effort support with R&D assistance as needed, however, for any issues where workarounds are not found and / or product change is required, those requests will be reviewed and decided upon by product management and could be road-mapped depending on the scope of the fix.
