Uploading a new robot with the same name as existing one (overwrite) is failing

Issue

Uploading a new robot with the same name as existing one (overwrite) is failing.

Cause

This is a known bug:

1735719: DA robot upload doesn't override if robot exists

This is still not fixed in v11.3, but will be in future versions.
