Kofax TotalAgility - Restore OPMT Database onto a new Server

Summary

We need to restore an OPMT tenant DB onto a new server
We have successfully restored the DB but we are now unable to access the Designer/Workspace as the 'old' DB server has been shut down

Solution

  • Log into Tenant Management System
  • Ensure that the 'new' Database Server has been configured (Database Servers menu)
  • Deactivate the Tenant(s) (Tenant Actions menu)
  • Update Tenant Database Server (Tenant Actions menu)
  • Activate the tenant(s)

We should now be able to access the Tenant's Designer and Workspace
