Why does vendor load detect so many duplicates from MarkView

Issue

Log file is reporting 20K duplicate Vendor rows when loading from MarkView ERP when updating APA vendor table. We are trying to determine what constitutes a duplicate to the system and is this an issue with the data, or is it just normal logging?
