Worklist does not exist error when trying to export documents from IPA to Process Director

Question / Problem: 

When trying to export documents from Invoice Processing Agility to Process Director, the export fails with the error: "Worklist does not exist".

Answer / Solution: 

When creating the Incoming Invoices node in Process Director, defining a view name is not mandatory. For IPA to successfully export documents to Process Director, defining a view name is a requirement.

The steps to do this are provided below:

Navigation: /N/EBY/PDBOC (Show the IMG structure of the PROCESS DIRECTOR)

Select object type: "Incoming Invoice"

Expand Initial settings >> Worklist >> Worklist configuration
Right click on Structre "Incoming Invoice" and select "Basic data"
Add View name /EBY/PDBO_VWRKL
Click to accept changes

Repeat the same steps for Nodes "Inbox" and "History"

Save

Regenerate worklist (including static nodes) using the Generate button
