*** Archive *** KTA - When performing an Active Directory synch in KTA 7.x, what information is populated in KTA?

Summary

When the SYSTEM Active Directory Synchronization is used, the following information will be populated in KTA:

1. The username is populated in a domain\username format
2. The Name is populated
3. The e-mail address is populated

Note that the supervisor information is not populated. This is true for the manager themselves (they are not marked as a Supervisor) or for the employee (the manager is not designated in the Supervisor field).
