Case How to close a case after a SLA

Issue

The actor A performs the activity X.
Then Actor B have to perform the activity Y within 90 days, and if so the flow goes ahead.
Otherwise, if the acivity Y has not been completed in 90 days, the case must be closed (e-mail notification and "end" of the entire case).

How can we perform this behavior?
