Question / Problem:
When attempting to update an export connector settings we see this error:
"Error: Unable to Load UI".
Answer / Solution:
Verify that on the respective machine the Export Connector has been installed properly.
Does it exist in "Programs and Settings"?
Check "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax\TotalAgility\ExportConnectors\Bin" - is there a folder containing the Export Connector?
Reinstall, if missing, on that machine.
