Kofax TotalAgility - Configuring Reporting Retention in KTA

Question / Problem: 

KTA has a retention period for Reporting data. The information below describes what conditions need to be met in order for this feature to work,

Answer / Solution: 

By default, Reporting retention will run once per day. It will then delete reporting data based on the following conditions:

  • The created time is less than the Document Retention Specified in system settings
  • The documents have been marked as complete

Documents will be marked 'completed' in a Job either by using a Delete activity or an Export activity. Both of these activities have a setting called 'Marked Completed', which needs to be set to 'Yes' at design time. 

Reporting Retention settings can be found and modified in KTA System Settings > General tab.
