Customization Of The KTA Message Connector Email Notification Fields

Issue

If a customer desires to customize the fields for the KTA (TotalAgility) Message Connector (KIC), are there options for doing that? For instance, customizing the email notification message body and Subject fields using variables and/or text placeholders.

Solution

There are no options for customizing the email notification settings in the KTA Import Source configuration. If customizations are desired, a customer could create an Email Activity in the process map and use that to send out notifications. The fields in an email activity can be customized.
