End of Silverlight in KTA Designer

Issue

Silverlight has entered end of life by Microsoft on 31st January, 2020. The TotalAgility Designer in versions 7.5 and below run on Silverlight.

Solution

Kofax TotalAgility version 7.6 and above no longer use Silverlight. It has been replaced with HTML / CSS / Javascript interface.

Kofax end of life for 7.5 is 6th July, 2022. We would expect issues to continue to arise around Silverlight and it's end of support by Microsoft. 

It is always recommended to upgrade to the latest version of KTA to take advantage of the latest updates and improvements made.
