This issue can be caused if the various KTA processes are not conﬁgured to “Update PI”. This is a per process setting. The default setting for this option when a new process is created is to not “Update PI”.
For each process that should be included in the KAFTA dashboards, perform the following steps:
- Open the KTA Designer
- Open the process in question
- Open the properties of the process
- Go to the Advanced tab
- Under the Data section, set the “Update PI” option to Yes.
