KAFTA 1.0 - The KAFTA Overview dashboard has not data


After installing and configuring Kofax Analytics for TotalAgility (KAFTA) 1.0, the Overview dashboard does not contain any data. In addition, the Process filter does not list any processes used in KTA. 12108

This issue can be caused if the various KTA processes are not configured to “Update PI”. This is a per process setting. The default setting for this option when a new process is created is to not “Update PI”.

For each process that should be included in the KAFTA dashboards, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the KTA Designer
  2. Open the process in question
  3. Open the properties of the process
  4. Go to the Advanced tab
  5. Under the Data section, set the “Update PI” option to Yes.
