Question / Problem:
When launching Tenant Management Console, the following error is encountered:
KTA Multiple Tenants license not found error
Answer / Solution:
This can occur because of 2 reasons:
- The activated serial doesn't have the 13002 code which is specific for OPMT. Check your License statistics page to ensure you have the "Total Agility On-Premise Multi-tenancy" license present. If not, contact your Account Rep or contact our Sales Support team to inquire about adding this license. Sales Support hours are M-F 6am to 5:30 pm PST (GMT -8). Dial (949) 727-1733. Use options 2, #, 1 or email to: email@example.com.
- The TotalAgilityHostNameLive or TotalAgilityHostNameDev keys are invalid in the main TotalAgility web.config file. The web.config file is located in the following directory by default: \Program Files\Kofax\TotalAgility\Agility.Server.Web. Make a backup copy before making any changes. Then open the file and search for the TotalAgilityHostNameLive and TotalAgilityHostNameDev keys and verify that they are correct and change, if necessary.
