Boeing Production Issue
Issue
Getting the following error in the event logs when trying to open a sub process:

Solution
Before trying the below, please make an backup Business process
- In the KTA Designer, go to Workflow and select the Business Process with the issue.
- Click three dots on selected and click on Versions.
- Locate the oldest version you want to retain and then select the version just before this one and Click Delete.
- You will be prompted to confirm you want to delete the selected version and all previous versions
- After try to access the sub process
