KIC No Passive Inputs - SSL Errors in Log

Issue
No emails are being processed and Passive Inputs are not showing in the Message Connector Configuration.
Cause
The Message Connector log is showing the following error:
24/12:44:52.878 (0544/28ec/0006) {"ComponentListener" 0x73f770} Accept failed with Error 537923082: SSL_accept error 0 (null) (Cat=Error, Obj=Socket, Mod=M_Ssl)
Solution
The solution is to stop and restart Kofax Message Connector and Kofax Total Agility Core Worker services
