Pop-up message "Completed activity operation was cancelled." will appear when Validation Complete activity button was clicked

Issue

Whenever the user completes a Validation activity, a pop-up message appears telling them that the "Completed activity operation was cancelled." 

Solution

Recommend to apply fix pack 19 to the same environment.

It would seem the issue is related the following ER:

• Enhancement Request 1639344:Ability to manage the display of ootb error "The 'create new job' operation was cancelled"
• Out-of-scope 1645380:[7.7.0.19] FR 15571 - Ability to manage the display of ootb error "The 'create new job' operation was cancelled"
