Kofax vulnerability - CrossSite Scripting XSS attacks

Issue

We believe that we have found a vulnerability in KTA. How can we ensure that we are not vulnerable to attacks such as cross-site scripting?

Solution

In the first instance, make sure that you have followed the Best Practices Guide - Server Hardening section.If there is still an issue, report it to Kofax Technical Support, providing as much information as possible, including steps to reproduce, so that it can be quickly reported to the Product team.

Note that Kofax products are tested for vulnerabilities prior to release, so it is unlikely that vulnerabilities directly related to KTA will be found after release.
