Specified form XXXX was not found or has not been released error during Form load

Issue

When launching a SCNJ form, the following error appeared:

Specified form XXXX was not found or has not been released

Cause

The form was being used in the Extraction Group (EG).  Once the form was regenerated, the version did not match.

Solution

Deleted the SCNJ form from the EG since it was not necessary.

If it is necessary, delete the form from the EG and re-add it to make the versions match.
