When attempting to Test an MS Graph connection in the Import source configuration, the following error is encountered:
Error code: ErrorItemNotFound
Error message: The specified object was not found in the store,.
Default folder AllItems not found.
This is caused by incorrect permissions set within the Azure Application.
Review required permissions noted in the Administrators Guide for the version of KTA being used.
If all configurations are correct, open a case with Technical support and provide the following:
1 -Full version of KTA.
2 - MC version. This can be captured in the Message Connector Monitor screen.
3 - Enable MC debug logging using the following KB article: How to enable debug Message Connector logging
4 - Reproduce issue and provide all MC logs located in: C:\ProgramData\Kofax\KIC-ED\MC\Log
5 - Provide screenshot(s) of all permissions configured in the Azure application side.
