Behavior
When a customer wants to connect the on-premise SCM to the Azure tenant DB, they will encounter a connectivity issue:
Known Causes
The error is because the CloudOps Kofax Team need to allow the IP address from the customer's local SCM through the Azure firewall.
Resolution
Open a Kofax Support Ticket indicating the request.
