Issue

After upgrading to KTA 7.9, in Workspace, under Jobs, Find under the Case Details tab, there are no activities listed for Assigned to Me.  This used to work in earlier versions of KTA, which would show activities that were either assigned to me or the groups to which I belonged.

Cause

This was actually due to an incorrect setting in the previous versions.  The query was incorrectly searching using the criteria "Assigned to Individual and Groups" instead of "Assigned to Individual".

Solution

As a workaround to mimic previous behavior, edit the JobDetailsOverview.form by:

1.  Open the JobDetailsOverview.form in KTA Designer.

2. In the Search tab, change the Assigned To field to Individual And Group.

3.  Release the form.

Please note:  Be aware that if a future Fix Pack or major version changes this form, this setting will be overwritten if the new version is greater than the current, thus eliminating this change.  Alternatively, the new version will not be installed if the version numbers are the same, thus making your form exist without any fixes, resulting in loss of functionality or unpredictable results.

Please make Technical Support aware of this article and the changes you made to the form when opening cases for this issue.
