Insufficient licensing to run the requested module or feature

Issue

When attempting to log into the Designer or Workspace, we get this error:

License error: [8001] AcLicImp: Insufficient licensing to run the requested module or feature. 
Close down unused instances or obtain a new activation code that reflects your actual licensing requirements. 
( TotalAgility Concurrent Full User ) [CLicInterfaceImp::RequestSharedFeatureLicenses] 
<Server: licnese servername> <Server: servername>

Cause

This error can be caused by all of the current user licenses being consumed

Solution

Log Users off via the Workspace LoggedOnUsers.form
Ensure Allow Multiple Logons is disabled in System Settings - Passwords and logon
Ensure users are trained to log off properly (instead of closing the browser)
Ensure there are sufficient licenses
