Kofax TotalAgility 7.1 - How can we fix the error "No working connection has been found..." when opening Transformation Designer?

Error message:

"No working connection has been found. Please add a new connection or check the configuration of an existing connection"

The service user will be the same than installation user Steps:

  1. Open TD
  2. Go to options

  3. Check if the below connection is created and activated correctly.
