Online training samples collected are not available in the Transformation Designer to download.
One cause of this issue could be that the Transformation Cache folder location is not accessible or corrupt. This can be determined by examining the KofaxCPUServerLog.log file that is located in: C:\Program Files\Kofax\TotalAgility\Transformation Server.
As an example, one error that would indicate such a cause:

1) Stop the Transformation service. Be sure that all 'Extraction.exe' processes are not present in the Task Manager | Details before continuing to step 2.
2) Delete everything in the TS Cache folder - C:\ProgramData\Kofax\TS\
3) Start Transformation service.
