When opening the Scan Create New Job form in the TotalAgility WorkQueue the following error is displayed.
"Unable to cast object of type 'System.DBNull' to type 'System.Byte'. In the event you require technical assistance please reference action: ScanControlLoadBatchAction".
Is there a fix for this error?
Answer / Solution
This error can occur when the extraction and classification groups do not belong to a category. Verify that the extraction and classification groups are assigned to a category then try the form again.
