Unable to download blob error when using Compare Package feature

Issue

When attempting to use the TotalAgility | Compare Package feature, the following error is encountered:

Cause

This is a known issue within this specific component of KTA submitted under TFS Bug ID: 1819390.  Compare Package should not require the download of the package in order to compare.

Solution

This issue has been addressed in KTA 7.10.0.6, KTA 7.11 and higher.
