Unknown of type Resource

Issue

While trying to export a package with all our development but we get the following error: "Unknown of type GroupResource could not be exported because one of its associations is missingPlease compare the package with the system for missing items"

Cause

Client deleted Resource Groups and has problems to export a package

Solution

We suggested 4 main possible ways to find out where the Unknown of type GroupResource was generated.

1. to create separate packages in the Designer and then check if you can find the Unknown GroupResource

2.  to look in the Designer in the created groups of the process, and to check each of these groups  under Group members perhaps you can find an Unknown resource.

   

    

3. send us the SQL profiler with the error
4. if it's possible to provide us with the KTA database
