Getting Support for Top Image Systems Products
Kofax Support for Top Image Systems Customers went live on 18th September 2019. All customers who previously registered Support Cases in Top Image Systems portal between March 2019 and August 2019 have been given a Portal account at Kofax. You should have received a welcome email with instructions - if so, please login at https://login.kofax.com to submit a support Case.
Your portal username is your email email address + ".kofax", i.e. email@example.com
For open Tickets created before 18th September 2019
Please login via the old portal at https://tissupport.freshdesk.com to progress your old support tickets.
We will not accept new tickets in the legacy portal from 18th September - any new cases created in our old system after this date will be automatically closed.
If you did not receive your email, or you have not finished setting up your account, click here to complete account setup. Enter your username (firstname.lastname@example.org) and press 'Continue' - you will receive an email with a link to set up your password.
If you did not receive a portal account, or are not receiving the password reset emails, please start by checking your spam folder.
