LaunchPro or other station asks for Login credentials
Question / Problem:
LaunchPro or other station asks for Login credentials, but e.g. Administrate or Launch will open without problems.
Answer / Solution:
The root cause of this problem is not the DomainSecurity.xml file or the users permission/role.
There are sometimes user information stored in the folder:
C:\Users\<Users Name>\AppData\Local\Top_Image_Systems_Ltd
that is corrupted or outdated, which cause this issue. Please check, if there is a folder with the name of the station which encounters this problem. If there is a folder with the name of the station, delete this folder and it's content. The folder name looks like this: "efLaunchPro.exe_StrongName_ziy1uhdzaq00tr5xbdyf5irevnyztvev". A new folder is created under the above mentioned folder, after restarting the station.
After deleting the folder try again starting LaunchPro or the station that caused the problem.
