## Question / Problem:

What is the description of each match remark column value for the Line Item Matching Locator?

Below are the descriptions of the match remark column values:

•match: All fields (Q, U, E) match to position exactly.
•underOverDelivery: Generally this refers to the underdelivery case where (Line Q < Position Q). Allows slight over-delivery by up to 5%.
•uomChanges: This applies to the case where we detect a change in units of measurement (e.g. order 12 eggs, invoice one carton. Recently changed to only allow for 100 or 1000).
•underOverPrice: This applies to the case where we detect slight variance in prices. We allow up to 10% under price, up to 5% over price.
•missingUnitPrice: This applies to the case where Q and E match exactly, but U is not present or has not been captured.
•scaledUnitPrice: This applies to the case where the math on the invoice line does not work originally, but scaling the unit price by a power of ten makes it work. The assumption is that a decimal point was mis-OCRed.
•scaledTotalAmount: This applies to the case where the math on the invoice line does not work originally, but scaling the extended price by a power of ten makes it work. The assumption is that a decimal point was mis-OCRed.
•ocrErrors: This applies to the case where the locator thinks it is possibly not matching with the database due an OCR error for one or more of the line item fields.
•onlyTotalAmount: None of the other attempts were successful, matched based only on E (must be exactly equal to Position E). When we can confidently do so, we will inferr the values of Q and U.
•ambiguous: This applies to the case where multiple line items could match to the same position, or a single line item could match to multiple positions. A configuration setting controls whether ambiguous matches are allowed. The string "_ambiguous" is added to the basic matching remark.
•unmatchedConsistent: This applies to the case where the line item was not matched to a position but is consistent with invoice header values .
•unmatched: This applies to the case where the line item was not matched to a position and the consistency with invoice header values was not confirmed.
