Does Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) support eDocuments

Solution

No, KTM does not support eDocuments. You will receive a warning when publishing a Batch Class indicating that eDocuments are not supported if the "Allow import of eDocument files" option is checked (set) in the Batch Class Properties.

Please consider the use of the KCIC/KIC product, as it will be able to convert eDocs into a usable format for KTM.
